Tasting notes

It stands out with its bright golden yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage.

On the nose, the scent of bread crust prevails, gradually giving way to sweeter sensations of ripe fruit.

On the palate it is surprising, dry and fresh, giving a pleasantly long-lasting taste, finishing with aromatic notes typical of the blend, which recall the olfactory sensations.

Excellent throughout the meal, it finds its maximum expression with appetizers, Ascoli olives, artichokes, fennel and many other characterful foods.
