The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of such data, restriction of processing or objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent to processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Obligation to Provide Data

For the purposes indicated above, the communication of personal data is necessary either by legal obligation or to manage communications within the contractual relationship.

Methods of Data Processing

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations that guide the activity of the Controller.
